10.d. CASH ON DELIVERY. The customer can pay for the order when it is delivered by the transport agency's delivery person. The minimum amount is 20 Euros with a maximum of 300 Euros. Only available for orders destined for mainland Spain. A fixed amount of 3 additional Euros will be applied to the purchase price as management fees. A single customer may only have one active cash on delivery order. You will not be able to place a second order until the first one has been delivered to you. 11. Warranty rules. Limitation of liability
For sales made to end customers. The seller is responsible for any lack of conformity that appears within a period of two (2) years from the delivery of the good. Nevertheless:

If the lack of conformity appears during the first six (6) months from the delivery of the product, it is presumed that said lack of conformity existed when it was delivered.

Starting from the sixth month, the consumer must demonstrate that the lack of conformity existed at the time of delivery of the good.

Deficiencies caused by negligence, knocks, improper use or manipulation, unsuitable tension, incorrect installation not carried out by the authorized Technical Service when applicable, or materials subjected to wear and tear due to normal use are not included.

In the case of computer items, the warranty will not cover the removal of viruses, restoration of programs for this reason or the reinstallation of the disk caused by its deletion.

In those incidents that justify the use of the guarantee, the option will be to repair, replace the item, discount or return, under the legally established terms.

The guarantee will lose its value:

If any of the data on it or on the purchase receipt is modified, altered or replaced.

If both the identification number and the guaranteed device itself are manipulated or repaired without the knowledge of the Technical Service.

The Client will use the merchandise in accordance with the manufacturer's use manual and instructions. Navarro Systems will not be responsible for any damages or losses of the Client, or any third parties, derived from failure to observe the instructions contained in the use manual or Safety Rules of the merchandise.

www.navarrosystems.com is not responsible for incorrect configuration or installations or equipment breakdown caused by a component not supplied by www.navarrosystems.com.

The warranty will be invalid under the following circumstances: Shocks and/or improper transportation, defective installations and/or installation errors, installation and/or connection of peripheral elements not compatible with the product, inadequate supply voltage, handling by personnel other than the service service of Navarro Systems or the manufacturer, or tampering with any seal or identification/control label, fault or negligence of the Customer or third party, or normal wear and tear, damage due to natural phenomena or catastrophes such as storms, floods, lightning, earthquakes , fires, etc. whether or not they affect the electrical supply; incidents due to problems with software or computer viruses.

To carry out repairs, Navarro Systems may replace parts or the entire unit as it deems appropriate. The classification of the fault, and whether or not it is covered by the warranty, will be the responsibility of Navarro Systems. All repairs must be authorized by Navarro Systems. Transportation costs to send defective products will be borne by Navarro Systems. The product will be returned, once repaired: Postage paid if it is under warranty; freight collect if it is out of warranty.

In case of lack of conformity of the product specifications with those indicated by the manufacturer or claims for defects or manifest defects in materials or workmanship, quality, quantity or others, the Client must notify Navarro Systems in writing, by means of to record its receipt.

Repairs will require presentation of a copy of the invoice and a detailed description of the defects. If the manufacturer has a technical service for its product, the Customer may contact it directly.

The Customer is obliged to make, at its own expense and risk, a backup copy of the data, before delivering the product to Navarro Systems for repair or testing. The total liability of Navarro Systems, for any reason, will not exceed, in any case, the total value of the defective merchandise supplied. Navarro Systems will not, in any case, outside the provisions of this clause, be liable for any damages, especially lost profits, or damages due to anticipated results, delays or loss of production. Likewise, any liability for loss or damage to information or data records is expressly excluded. In any case, the Client will be obliged to make the appropriate backup copies that allow the reconstruction of lost or damaged data.

The compensation provided for in this clause will exclude any other compensation due to defects or lack of quality or quantity.

The products sold by www.navarrosystems.com are guaranteed by the manufacturers, or by www.navarrosystems.com, so the guarantee will be applicable and subject to the manufacturer's conditions.

 

12. Changes, cancellations and returns
12.a. Product changes

www.navarrosystems.com cannot substitute a product or product model without prior consultation with the customer.

12.c. Returns

Products in perfect condition: the customer may return the product if he is not satisfied with it within 14 (business) days following the contract, www.navarrosystems.com will exchange the amount paid for a voucher for the same amount, which may redeem within a period of one month, from the date of receipt of the return, for any other product of equal, higher or lower value or will refund the amount. Or, if the client requests it, the amount paid will be paid by bank transfer to the account indicated to us.

If the reason for the return is unrelated to www.navarrosystems.com, the commissions charged (if any) for the payment method selected by the client will be deducted from the amount to be paid, as well as any possible promotions or discounts that may be applied. are canceled when returning the product or products.

Returns of merchandise will not be accepted after 14 (business) days, from receipt of the Product, for payment; It is understood that the payment will imply a note in favor of the Client to be compensated with future purchases.

The expenses derived from the return of the product will in all cases be borne by the customer, except in cases of replacement of defective products.

The buyer must pay the direct return costs and compensate for any damage to the product.

Step 4: Verification of Material Status

Our returns department will verify that everything is correct and in perfect condition and, if applicable, will give authorization to the administration department and will notify the customer via email.

Product returns will not be accepted without attaching the invoice or proof of purchase.

Returns of the following products will not be accepted:

Products that are not in perfect condition, with their original packaging and with all their original accessories; nor of those products that appear deteriorated, damaged, show signs of having been manipulated or altered, or that have been used abusively or negligently by the client.

Computer programs that have been unsealed by the buyer, as well as computer files that have been supplied electronically.

Consumable products, software, video films, video games, and other similar products under seal, which can be reproduced or copied, when they have been opened or unsealed by the customer.

Products that have been configured according to the customer's specifications, ordered to order or customized according to the instructions provided by the customer.

 

If the Client cancels a confirmed order when it has already left the www.navarrosystems.com facilities towards the destination, or does not accept the package upon arrival, www.navarrosystems.com may demand payment of the transportation costs incurred.

If the Client cancels or does not accept confirmed orders referring to Products expressly purchased by www.navarrosystems.com for the Client, www.navarrosystems.com may demand payment of a minimum compensation of 50% of the purchase-sale price, as compensation for damages, as well as all transportation and storage costs.

In accordance with current legislation, products can be returned, for whatever reason, within a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the merchandise by the customer. 12.d. Defective products

12.e. Misuse of the product

In no case will www.navarrosystems.com be responsible in the following cases:

12.e.1. If the product(s) have received, once delivered to the customer, any deterioration caused by external events, accidents, poor following of instructions or change in electrical voltages.

12.e.2. If the products supplied by www.navarrosystems.com are damaged as a result of incorrect configuration or installation by the client of software, hardware or peripherals.

12.e.3. If the product(s) supplied by www.navarrosystems.com are damaged by a component not supplied by www.navarrosystems.com

12.e.4. Any misuse of the product that is indicated in the particular guarantees stipulated by the manufacturer.

12.e.5. Returns will not be accepted on sales of products that can be reproduced or copied immediately.

 


13. Transportation
The transportation amount will be included in the customer's invoice, and will be visible in the last step of the purchasing process.

The carrier will be the one agreed upon by www.navarrosystems.com, and of which the client will be informed.

If the customer notices breakages in the package, they must make an incident on the delivery note itself at the time of delivery, indicating that the package is broken and contact www.navarrosystems.com to notify this situation.

If the customer does not notice any external breaks in the package when receiving it, but upon opening it observes damage due to transport, they must notify the transport company within 24 hours to record it and contact www.navarrosystems. com. Otherwise it will be understood that the Product has been accepted in accordance. Once this period has passed, the transport company considers that the material sent is in perfect condition and is not responsible for any damage.

Delays due to transportation: www.navarrosystems.com is not responsible for any delay caused by transportation due to:

Navarro Systems will indicate the delivery address to the transport company as indicated by the customer when placing their order. After delivery of the package by www.navarrosystems.com to the transport company, any change of address or delivery service that is subject to an additional cost will be borne by the customer.

14. Delivery time
www.navarrosystems.com, has taken the maximum delivery time as indicated on each of our products from the date of collection of the order amount.

We ship orders placed before 4:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday on the same day. This is only applicable when the shipping method selected is MRW, it is a shipment for the peninsula and is not applicable to Correos or any other transport company or for the islands. Throughout the month of August, orders placed before 2:00 p.m. will be sent on the same day under the same condition indicated in the previous point.

Although www.navarrosystems.com will always try to comply with them with all its means, the deadlines set for the delivery of the material are merely informative, and are not binding in any case for www.navarrosystems.com. The shipping method through MRW for Peninsular Spain is a 24-hour service, which indicates a delivery time of 24 hours after delivery of the package to the transport company. When delivering the package, the transport company is not obliged to make any call to notify of the delivery.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing with www.navarrosystems.com, the Customer will not have the right to request the cancellation of an order or any compensation (including the return of postage) in the event that there is a delay in the delivery of the Product, due to circumstances beyond the control of www.navarrosystems.com.

15. Jurisdiction and forum
This contract is governed by Spanish legislation, and in particular, by common civil law.
