Service capabilities and limitations
Here we are going to give you all the necessary details so that you know if what we do meets your requirements and needs
Build time
The time to perform the service is one full work week.
PCB features
The board or panel must have at least two fiducials in opposite corners.
The size of the pads must not exceed 3 times the area of the corresponding pin.
PCB size
The maximum size of the PCBs is 200x400mm and the minimum is 50x100mm.
If your board is smaller than those dimensions in any way, you must panelize it or ask your supplier to do it for you.
Thicknesses of 0.8mm, 1.0mm, 1.2mm, and 1.6mm are accepted.
PCB shape
We can mount plates of any shape (rectangular, round, etc.) but if the shape is not rectangular they must be panelized.
The pick & place file template
The pick and place file you send us must be a list of all components separately (C1, C2, Q1, R1, etc.) and must consist of the following columns:
Reference, Name, Value, Pattern, X Position, Y Position, Angle, Component Height.
Stencil
We use laser cut steel stencils. If you are going to provide us with the stencil, make sure it is "no frame".
Component sizes
Passives: minimum size 0402.
QFN/QFP: minimum pitch 0.4mm.
BGA: minimum pitch 0.4mm.
Component packaging
We accept only full reel, cut reel and tray.
For large and/or expensive components we can design your own tray if you don't have it.
Parts overage
For setup reasons, we need a minimum of 50 units and 50 extra units for each passive. That is to say, if, for example, you supply us with a reel with 0603 1K resistors and we must assemble 700, you must supply us with 750.
